My original request was logged with the call centre at the beginning of December. I had to call back 2-3 weeks later because I had not been contacted by anybody. The second time around I received a call from franchisee who said he would around that afternoon to quote. No one turned up. I called back the next day and we settled on a time the following morning. In the end I didn’t accept the quote. The franchisee at least provided another less expensive alternative for the job.
