“I emailed to accept the quote – no reply. I text to accept the quote – no reply. I shall call to accept the quote – if no reply, I will assume Jim’s does not want the work and I will lay a complaint with the Commerce Commission over the use of the Grabone voucher system and get a refund of my voucher.”
